1. Who we are
Dinlaravio B.V., based at Keizersgracht 415, 1016 EK Amsterdam, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 89234156, is the controller of personal data processed on this website. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act (UAVG).
2. What data we process
We only process the data you provide yourself through the newsletter signup form: your first name and your email address. In addition, our server logs the time of your visit and an anonymised IP address for security reasons.
3. How we use your data
Your data is used to send you the weekly Eco newsletter and to tailor its content to topics readers ask about. We never sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Retention period
Your data is stored for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every newsletter. After you unsubscribe, your data is removed from our active systems within 30 days.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data. You may exercise these rights by sending a message to redactie@dinlaravio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
6. Changes
This privacy policy may be amended whenever new laws or regulations require it. The latest version is always available on this page, together with the date of the latest change.
